When I was a kid, it meant an hour longer to play outside in the evening.
When I was in my 20s, it meant one less hour to party.
When I was a new dad, it meant I had to buy dark shades for the kids’ rooms to get them to bed early enough so they would get UP on time in the morning.
When I was teaching, it meant driving to school in the dark.
Now, it just means I’ll be grumpy until I get my hour of sleep back in the Fall.
Daylight Saving Time … grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
