1. Overspending!

2. Barking dogs singing Jingle Bells

3. Jingling Bells for that matter

4. Any Christmas song sung by Jessica Simpson…she just makes them sound dirty!

5. Candy Canes. I think it was the childhood dream about the crippled elves.

6, Wrapping presents.

7. That Salvation Army Guy!

8. The feeling that it’s never enough. I do that to myself.

9. That stupid “You’ll shoot your eye out!” movie playing 24/7 on TBS!

10. Not getting the Fostoria American Cake Plate!

Just trying to get in the spirit of things!
Hope your week is a happy one.

Send me all your presents to wrap! My favorite part of Christmas is wrapping! Also: how can you hate Ralphie?

OMG! I love Ralphie! Not 24/7 but at least once before Christmas.
Jessica Simpson never compliments anything, does she?
I need to look at that cake plate. Why is it so special? It doesn’t even have a chocolate cake on it?

Fantastic – finally someone else who doesn’t obsessively love the shooting eye out movie! I think you have to be indoctrinated into that as a small child to see the appeal!

Not quite UP for the holiday?
Goodness!
I’m w/Megan – enlighten me about the square plate
We love “my old man” – the dad in the Christmas Story. He is just hilarious…but I agree that once a season is plenty.
I’m not buying presents this year. It seems stupid because we don’t need or want for anything…we’re not wealthy by any means but we have food, shelter, etc. So…put that credit card in the freezer and join me in undermining the economy!
Have a good holiday week.

What a grump! Go buy the damn cake plate, turn off the television, give everyone gift cards inside nice Christmas cards you signed “With love”, figure out what Christmas REALLY is about, go to a candlelight service on Christmas Eve, eat some homemade fudge and enjoy!!!

Oh, for Pete’s sake. Go buy yourself the cake plate, give everyone generous gift cards inside Christmas cards you sign “with love from…”, eat a big helping of homemade fudge, remember WHY we have Christmas in the first place, go attend a candle-light Christmas Eve service and count your blessings!
