That’s right, someone has actually come UP with a holiday we can live with.
No cards, no flowers, no candy…well, ok, maybe candy!

What would you like to have to eat today?
Health and allergies permitting, go ahead and have any and all of your favorite foods and snacks. Because today is Eat What You Want Day.
Not a day for diets.
A day in the year to go off your diet and eat something you really enjoy.
Screw the diet!
Hit Ben and Jerry’s or drive thru Dairy Queen twice!

Remember, it’s not Eat As Much As You Want Day, but Eat What You Want Day!

You have my permission…and better yet, a whole day dedicated to it…so go for it!
BTW, this is my 200th post. So, I’ll be celebrating.
Tomorrow, it’s back to the diet.

Thank you for not making feel guilty about the Dr Pepper and 2 bags of Combos from the vending machine that I had for breakfast.

I can’t really believe that all you want to rant about is “Eat What You Want”
Haven’t you heard about the problems we are having today with all of the junk food.
It is a National Crisis.
What would Mamma Obama think. She is probably rolling around in her girdle with the thought of your rants.
By the way Paul, lets go and eat some healthy food. Like something from Waffle House.
