I recently got a crackberry which has helped out with this. And instead of texting myself I have a MEMO PAD with different headings. If so, imagine what would happen if your Redneck Latte was taken away..... Scary. My youngest watched commercials and we made sure he had something with quiet moving parts to play with during family movie night. I just texted my husband right before I read this post that "my brain feels confused". I jump from task to task before completing anything! The phone ringing or a child's request sends me off in another direction and I can't find my way back! For me it's more of a frustration at this point. I think I have adult ADD.
