CALM DOWN PEOPLE 1. the tongue going to CA is not for trendy hollywood types, most likely for large latino population, la lengua es buena! 2. You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between tongue and tough beef if cooked the same. 3. The reason Britain had such a problem with Mad Cow is because they mix the Brain and Spinal Cord in with their hamburger meat, so it could be worse.
